Stinkin holiday!
I gained 1.2 lbs since I last weighed in. I also haven’t been to my gym in two weeks so how would I expect to continue to see results. I did go to the gym with Becky and Martha twice. I don’t feel like I got as good a workout as I do at my gym. I feel like tomorrow I will not be able to walk or lift my arms. I am so sore at the moment. So happy with myself that I went, though!
I’ve been tracking my weight for 15 days now. (Not actually weighing in every day. Just started tracking on the 4th) I’m already seeing results in weight and measurements.

Going to start Weight Watchers again in the next few weeks. I’ve already started working on portions and water intake. I’ve lost most of this weight just through breastfeeding.
11/26/07 Starting over
Decided to start over on this lovely weight loss journey. I’ve been eating way too much crap lately. So here are my tickers:

My goal is to lose 20 lbs by Valentine’s Day

My goal is to walk 30 miles by the end of 2007

7/7/07 Had my third weigh in today. I went down .8 lbs this week for a total of 6 lbs lost since being on WW. I’ve lost a total of 26 lbs since Cadence was born. That puts me 14 lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight already. I have 13 lbs to go to get to my 10% goal and 27 lbs to go to get to my first personal goal. Current weight 187
6/23/07 Had my first weigh in. I am down 3.6 lbs. Total weight loss of 23.6 lbs. Current weight is 189.4. Today we had to commit to 2 goals at weight watchers for 4 weeks. One goal is a weight goal and the other is just something you want to accomplish for your health by the end. My goals are lose 5 lbs and eat 3 fruits/veggie servings each day.
6/16/07 Started Weight Watchers.
My beginning weight was 213 (I’m using my last weight before Cadence was born)
Current weight is 193
First goal is 174
